DINGHY FLEET ROUND-UPDOLLIES - ONLY USE UBC SAILING CLUB DOLLIES! Or an ORANGE JERICHO DOLLY for that one FJ waiting for its proper dolly. Case in point: recently a UBC sailor took a Jericho member's personal Laser dolly (clearly marked with her name) from the beach to store a UBC FJ. The dolly could have been damaged by the heavy FJ, but worse, while the Laser sailor frantically searched for her dolly, her $6000 boat drifted away, and very nearly lost a $600 daggerboard. You will be held liable for damage to other JSCA members' personal equipment.
Read the label, use the right dolly.

to plan. VOLUNTEER E-MAIL LISTS - SIGN UP NOW!A lot of the work that we do on the club fleets can't be planned in advance: these tasks are weather-dependent or unexpected, and must be done right away to keep the club running smoothly. If you are interested in helping out and would like to be contacted about impromptu work, sign up for either the monohull or windsurfing volunteer email lists. Another option for working off your volunteer hours is helping out with club facilities. This includes regularly scheduled work to keep the club ship-shape, such as tidying the boat yard, club rooms or fix-it room, which can be easily accomplished in an hour or less before or after a trip out on the water. If interested, please contact Heather at
