The UBC Sailing Club has a fleet of eight kayaks that are stored just a few steps from the beach.

Maybe kayaking is your passion or a no-wind alternative or possibly a cross-training fitness program; regardless, kayaking is a fantastic way to explore Vancouver’s shoreline (Spanish banks, Stanley Park, Granville Island) and get a great workout at the same time.

The UBC Sailing Club has both single- and double-kayaks. Go solo, as a group or take a friend along for the ride.
